Weare now looking to welcome an experienced and highly organised Data and ExamsManager to join our team on a permanent basis.
Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of theschool’s data and examinations functions, ensuring that accurate and timelyinformation is available to support school improvement, student outcomes andstatutory requirements. You will oversee the administration and organisation ofinternal and external examinations, ensuring that all processes are carried outefficiently and in accordance with relevant regulations and awarding bodyrequirements.
Youwill have excellent organisational and analytical skills, with a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail. You will be confident working with managementinformation systems and handling complex and confidential data, and will beable to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and externalorganisations.
Youwill work closely with senior leaders and other colleagues across the school,providing high-quality data, analysis and reporting while ensuring that keydeadlines are met. Previous experience of working within a school data and/orexaminations environment would be an advantage.
Workinghours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks (42 weeks per year)
Workingtimes: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:00pm and Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm.
