Job summary

Secondary North Manchester School in M9 is seeking a Data & Exams Officer to join our academy on a full-time, long-term basis. You will coordinate all data management activities, timetable preparation and maintain student and staff records to ensure accurate data for exams.

You will oversee examinations, liaise with Heads of Departments and the SLT to ensure correct exam entries and data governance, supporting smooth administrative processes across the school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee examination management within the academy and ensure smooth processes for exam entries and results.
• Liaise with Heads of Departments and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure students are entered for relevant exams and data is prepared for governance.

Your new role

As a Data & Exams Officer, you will coordinate all aspects of information and data management, including preparation of timetables and maintenance of student and staff records in order to ensure the availability of accurate and meaningful data. You will ensure the smooth and efficient management of all examinations held within the academy. You will liaise with Heads of Departments and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure all students are entered for relevant exams.
