Job summary

MHA is recruiting a Data Analytics Junior to join a forward-thinking team supporting audit and advisory functions. You will transform data into actionable insights and work on real client engagements, applying analytical techniques and data tools to improve accuracy, efficiency and depth.

You will receive mentorship, hands-on learning, and structured on-the-job training while progressing toward professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Achieved 2:1 degree or above with at least 112 UCAS points from top subjects.
• Ambition and curiosity with initiative and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside auditors and analysts to extract, clean, and analyse large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python (training provided) to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Assist in building data models to detect trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Help integrate data analytics into audit methodologies and business advisory services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes and efficiencies.
• Gain exposure to various industries and clients, including finance, healthcare, retail, and more.
• Studying towards your professional qualification (Data Analytics Qualification Level 4 and ACA Level 7) while gaining practical, hands-on experience
