Job summary

MHA is seeking a Data Analytics Junior on an Apprenticeship Programme in the City of London. You will work with auditors and analysts, transforming data into insights and supporting real client engagements. Training is provided for Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python, with on‑the‑job learning and professional qualification support.

This hybrid role offers flexible working patterns and a focus on practical, career‑ready experience in finance, data and technology.

Qualifications

Entry requirements include at least 112 UCAS points (or equivalent).
Early-career role suitable for those passionate about numbers, technology and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Work alongside auditors and analysts to extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
Use Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python (training provided) to develop dashboards, reports and visualizations.
Assist in building data models to detect trends, anomalies and potential risks.
Help integrate data analytics into audit methodologies and business advisory services.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and efficiencies.
Gain exposure to various industries and clients, including finance, healthcare, retail, and more.
Study towards Data Analytics Qualification Level 4 and ACA Level 7 while gaining practical experience.
