Job summary

MHA is seeking an Audit Junior for its Graduate Programme. You will join a collaborative, training-focused team, supporting audit and accounts work while progressing towards ACA Level 7 through on-the-job learning and dedicated study leave.

You will gain hands-on experience across diverse client sites, embracing a mentorship-driven environment with opportunities to travel and engage with clients as you develop commercially-minded professional skills.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:1 degree or above with at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent).
• Graduate Programme entry with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Commitment to pursuing a professional qualification (ACA Level 7).

Responsibilities

• Work on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team.
• Study towards ACA Level 7 while gaining hands-on experience.
• Attend mentorship sessions and on-the-job training to build professional skills.
• Travel to client sites and work from MHA offices as needed; develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
