Job summary

MHA is seeking a Data Analytics Junior for its graduate programme in the UK. The role combines numbers, technology and business insight, with hands-on client work and mentorship to develop commercially minded professionals.

You'll work on real projects, with training provided in Python, SQL, Power BI and Excel, whilst studying towards professional qualifications. Flexible working and study support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:1 degree or above.
• At least 112 UCAS points from top three subjects (or equivalent).
• Data analytics skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with auditors/analysts to extract, clean, and analyze large data volumes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python.
• Build data models to detect trends, anomalies and risks.
• Integrate data analytics into audit methodologies and advisory services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and workflows.
• Gain exposure to multiple industries and client engagements.
• Pursue professional qualifications (Data Analytics Level 4 and ACA Level 7) while gaining practical experience.
