Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the UK, Ireland and Sub-Saharan Africa sales team, driving adoption of Google Agentic Data Cloud products and solutions. You will recruit, coach and align go-to-market plans to meet aggressive growth targets.

You will build strong internal and customer relationships, translate data analytics capabilities into practical outcomes, and partner with Marketing, Partnerships and Leadership to execute scalable strategies while upholding Google's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of quota-carrying cloud or software sales in a B2B software company.
Experience in leadership (people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching).
Experience engaging and building relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Experience managing the full business cycle (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting) and managing commercial negotiations and agreements.

Responsibilities

Manage and scale a regional team of data analytics, specialty sales leaders.
Lead Google Cloud teams to drive demand and develop GTM campaigns; accelerate the business cycle.
Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to influence long-term strategy.
Recruit talent and coach the team with actionable, forthright feedback.
Create and drive innovative programs focused on growth at Google scale and key accounts.
