Job summary

Tesco Technology is seeking a Product Manager to shape the data-driven store operations, guiding the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to rollout. You will present operational insights to store colleagues and leadership, driving efficiency and savings across the organisation.

You will work with analytics systems, BI tools and MVP-driven delivery, collaborating with analysts and engineering teams to prototype, validate and scale new product capabilities for Tesco stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management with a track record of delivering data and analytics products.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical product goals and roadmaps.
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate vision, strategy and roadmap for analytics capabilities across data portfolio.
• Plan and coordinate Analytical Products with multiple engineering teams.
• Lead discovery for MVPs and validate with analytics and engineering teams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with data supply/demand teams.
• Break down complex work into deliverable value chunks.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Empower Tesco teams to extract value from Analytics environments.
