Tesco is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of data-driven store operations. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, presenting operational insights to store colleagues and leadership while driving efficiency and savings for future store innovations.

The role supports flexible working and collaboration across analytics teams, with a focus on data platforms, AI-enabled capabilities and delivering MVPs for analytics products.

Qualifications

• Experience building analytics products and roadmaps.
• Ability to prioritise backlogs and manage dependencies.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Formulate vision, strategy and roadmap for analytics products across data portfolio.
• Plan and coordinate analytics products with multiple teams.
• Lead MVP discovery with analysts and engineers to prototype value.
• Ensure data quality with data supply and demand teams.
• Break down complex epics into deliverable chunks of value.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Enable Tesco teams to leverage Analytics for performance reviews and insights.
