Family Adoption Links are a forward-thinking regional adoption agency (RAA) .
We operate as partnership supporting adoption services across 6 local authorities (Leicester, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and Rutland) to share best practice, and develop and deliver services for adopters , adopted children and young people and birth families. This role is part of the Family Adoption Links (FAL) Hub Team who work collaboratively to support partner agencies and coordinate some core functions of the adoption process.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who can support our commitment to delivering data-driven insights for the Council and specifically to provide high-quality intelligence for the Family Adoption Links Regional Adoption Agency Partnership – helping them understand trends, performance, and outcomes that directly shape the adoption services they provide to children with a plan of adoption , adopted children,young people and their families

We are seeking a Data Analyst (internally referred to as a Performance Support Officer), to join our team whose focus and key responsibilities include:
Experience with Power BI (or equivalent reporting software) is essential. If you’re professionally curious and able to confidently present your analysis to both internal and external stakeholders, this role is perfect for you.
Knowledge of children's service data is advantageous but not essential, we are committed to your professional development and will support you every step of the way.
