Job summary

interactive investor is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data and Innovation team. The role is hybrid with three days on site in Manchester or Leeds and two days remote.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights to optimise products, engagement, and operations, reporting to the Data Analytics and Insights Manager. You will lead data storytelling, build centralised analytics, and advance reporting systems while adopting new tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in

Qualifications

• Strong background in analytics within a commercial or digital product/service context.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and dashboard/report creation.
• Experience with Google Marketing Cloud and GA4 Reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from data lakes to provide actionable insights for decisions and strategy.
• Develop and automate insightful BI/MI reports and automate reporting capabilities.
• Automate reporting using SQL, Python, Power BI and other tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive data-led improvements.
• Lead or contribute to KPI development and tracking across the company.
• Utilise analytics platforms (SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, GA, etc.) for in-depth analysis.
• Apply data science techniques to analyse customer behaviour and assess business impacts.
• Act as AI/ML power user to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Perform cross-channel analysis and mentor team members in analytics best practices.
• Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across activities.
• Engage with departments to embed data insights into processes.
• Commit to ongoing professional development in data analytics.
