Job summary

PeopleGenius in Manchester is seeking a data-minded BI Analyst to join a data-driven team. The role spans both business intelligence and analytical insight, building robust reporting and driving commercial decision-making.

You'll design dashboards, analyse data for actionable insights, partner with operations and commercial teams, and contribute to modelling and forecasting while working in a hybrid Manchester environment.

Qualifications

• Numerate degree required (Maths/Stats/Quant).
• Proficient in Python and/or SQL with data manipulation skills.
• Experience generating insight from data and communicating results.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain BI dashboards and MI for stakeholders.
• Analyse data to surface actionable insights, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to translate data needs.
• Support development of analytical models for forecasting and strategy.
• Improve data processes, documentation and reporting standards.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
