Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom seeks an analytical professional to provide data-driven decision support across KPI reporting, asset management, and operational delivery.

You will partner with Establishment Managers across Scotland and Northern Ireland, monitor performance, and help improve contract compliance while building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of CAFM systems and FM reporting tools.
  • Experience in Facilities Management or similar operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Establishment Managers and operational teams across Scotland & Northern Ireland to meet/exceed contractual KPIs.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities for maintenance delivery and contract compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance and reporting to ensure estate and asset compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external partners.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and performance management practices.
  • Maintain estate and asset data accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Lead CAFM reporting solution enhancements where appropriate.
  • Produce meaningful insights using data visualisation and reporting tools for operational decision making.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you'll provide critical analytical support that enables data-driven decision making, ensures contractual compliance, and helps deliver outstanding performance across KPI reporting, asset management, and operational delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with Establishment Managers and operational teams across Scotland & Northern Ireland to achieve and exceed contractual KPIs.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners and key stakeholders to support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve maintenance delivery and contract compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance and reporting support to ensure operational, estate, and asset compliance requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Support the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting frameworks, and performance management practices.
  • Maintain and enhance estate and asset data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Support and lead, where appropriate, the development and enhancement of CAFM reporting solutions.
  • Produce meaningful performance insights using data visualisation and reporting tools to support operational decision making.

Success in this role requires the ability to build positive working relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
Essential Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, data-driven operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of CAFM systems, FM reporting tools, and performance management.
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Total Facilities Management (TFM), PFI contracts, or similar operational environments.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience using Excel to analyse large datasets and create meaningful insights.
  • Ability to develop innovative reporting solutions that support operational performance and business objectives.
  • Experience producing dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement.
  • Able to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business actions.
