Job summary

BP is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, adoption, and scaling of Data & AI products across the portfolio. You will own data and analytics products, AI use cases, and reusable capabilities, partnering with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver value.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, design thinking, and familiarity with responsible AI practices. You will shape product roadmaps, drive outcomes, and ensure alignment with Supply, Trading &

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, preferably in data, AI/ML, analytics, or complex technical platforms.
• Proven partner management experience, including engagement with senior business leaders.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery and backlog/roadmap management.
• Familiarity with data governance, AI concepts, and responsible AI considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams on product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy across the Data & AI portfolio and align with organisational goals.
• Develop user insights, workflows, and journeys across business teams.
• Translate business needs into roadmaps with clear value outcomes.
• Measure adoption and value using data-driven metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure intuitive, scalable and reusable product experiences.
