Job summary

Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation is seeking a commercially minded AI Product Manager to define the strategy for a new enterprise-wide AI platform. You will audit current AI use cases, define outcomes and governance, and map data, APIs and systems to build a central foundation for future AI agents.

Over six months you will craft the strategy and business case, then lead the capability build if approved. The role is hybrid, with on-site collaboration and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI products from scratch and owning them end-to-end.
• Ability to write and defend a commercial strategy or business case for AI.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, RAG and APIs; comfortable challenging technical assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Audit current AI use cases across customer, colleague, and supplier experiences and prioritise by value, feasibility, risk and strategic fit.
• Define business outcomes, value measures, capability requirements and acceptance criteria for priority use cases.
• Map data, APIs, systems and workflows, including ownership, dependencies and quality gaps.
• Lead commercial and operating-model assessments for build, buy and partner options (including MCP and enterprise integration).
• Define PoC hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
• Set governance, ownership and risk appetite with privacy, security and data specialists.
• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap; develop phased implementation with Architect.
• Build and present an evidence-based business case to secure investment.
