Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Active Intelligence to lead the product vision and strategy for data-driven solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, data science and design to deliver scalable data products that address real customer problems.

The role focuses on translating customer needs into clear roadmaps, managing commercial aspects, and ensuring successful product adoption in a complex, regulated environment.

• End-to-end product leadership with vision and scale.
• Commercial, data and technology expertise with data platforms, analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing product vision for Active Intelligence; translate customer needs into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Be accountable for product direction; invest, pivot, partner or stop initiatives based on evidence.
• Own product vision, value propositions and success metrics; ensure commercial viability and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product management, research, service design, software and data engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Define discovery, experimentation and delivery with Lean Build-Measure-Learn; measure adoption and growth.
