Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Damp and Mould Operative (Healthy Homes Operative) to service properties in the local area. You will attend multiple properties, identify damp and mould issues, apply treatments, and advise customers on prevention and maintenance while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade background.
Full UK driving licence.
Based within the advertised postcode area.

Responsibilities

Attending properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.
Assessing severity and applying appropriate treatment methods.
Providing advice to customers on prevention and maintenance.
Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers and wider teams to meet deadlines.
Recording work activity and completing required documentation.
