Places for People is seeking a Damp and Mould Operative to join our Healthy Homes team. You'll identify and treat damp issues in occupied and void properties across your local area, applying approved methods and advising customers on prevention.

You’ll travel in a company van, work standard hours, and join a stable, supportive organisation focused on safe, healthy homes. A Basic DBS check is required; you’ll be joining a team committed to inclusive communities and improving customers’ lives

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade background.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Attend properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.
• Assess severity and apply appropriate treatment methods.
• Provide advice to customers on prevention and maintenance.
• Work to specifications and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Record work activity and complete required documentation.

Conocimientos
