Places for People is seeking a Damp and Mould Operative (Healthy Homes Operative) to visit properties across your local area, identifying damp and mould issues and applying treatments.

You will work with a company van, flexible hours 08:00-16:30, and a pension with up to 7% employer contributions. Full UK driving licence required.

This role offers consistent workload, sick pay, a 2% bonus scheme, and secure permanent employment within a supportive housing provider.

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based within the advertised postcode area.

Responsabilidades

• Attending properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.
• Assessing severity and applying appropriate treatment methods.
• Providing advice to Customers on prevention and maintenance.
• Working to health and safety requirements.
• Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers and wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Recording work activity and completing required documentation.
