Mears is seeking an experienced Planner to join the Damp & Mould team in Leeds. The role focuses on coordinating damp and mould inspections, treatments and follow-on works, ensuring efficient scheduling and prompt progress while working with residents and operational teams.

Key duties include planning, allocating operatives, monitoring schedules and prioritising urgent cases, with a strong emphasis on accurate record-keeping and compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

Formación

• Experience as Planner/Scheduler in social housing, repairs and maintenance preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, operatives and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule damp and mould inspections, treatments and follow-on works.
• Allocate operatives and subcontractors for efficient appointments.
• Monitor daily work schedules and manage outstanding works to completion.
• Prioritise urgent/high-risk damp and mould cases for prompt progress.
• Liaise with Supervisors, Managers and contractors to coordinate works.
• Communicate with residents about appointments and progress.
