Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is currently seeking a Painter & Decorator for an ongoing temporary assignment in Ealing. You will be responsible for damp and mould-related repairs in tenanted/void properties and for treating affected areas with safe products.

Candidates with multi-trade or maintenance experience in social housing or council properties are preferred. Own vehicle is required; CIS payment applies and steady work is offered.

Qualifications

• Damp and mould repairs in tenanted/void properties.
• Treat affected areas using safe products and proper cleaning methods.
• Apply anti-mould coatings and repaint surfaces.
