Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is currently seeking a Painter & Decorator for an ongoing temporary assignment in Ealing. You will be responsible for damp and mould-related repairs in tenanted/void properties and for treating affected areas with safe products.

Candidates with multi-trade or maintenance experience in social housing or council properties are preferred. Own vehicle is required; CIS payment applies and steady work is offered.

Day to Day for Painter & Decorator(Treating Damp & Mould) :

• Carry out Damp & Mould repairs and maintenance in tenanted/void properties
• Treating affected areas – cleaning and removing mould safely using appropriate products
• Applying anti-mould coatings and repainting treated surfaces
