Job summary

Dacorum Borough Council is seeking a permanent administration professional to join the Asset Management Service, providing dedicated support to the Damp and Mould team and helping ensure properties are compliant and well maintained for residents.

The successful candidate will be motivated, methodical and capable of building strong relationships with residents, contractors and colleagues, while managing projects and producing clear reports. A DBS check will be completed as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience providing efficient admin support within a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse information, prepare reports and handle requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administration to support the Damp and Mould team.
• Assist with administration tasks to ensure properties are compliant and well maintained.
• Manage workflow projects and liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare responses to correspondence including complaints and FOI requests.
