Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team in the Lambeth area. The role involves damp and mould treatment, mould washes, and remedial works within occupied properties, with a focus on maintaining high customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has damp/mould or social housing maintenance experience, strong general maintenance skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Formación

• Experience in damp and mould remediation in social housing.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
• Good general maintenance skills.

Damp & Mould Operatives

Location: Lambeth & Surrounding
Pay: £20.50 PH CIS Van & Fuel Card
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Temp / Long-term

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team.

Duties include:

• Investigating and treating damp and mould in social housing properties
• Mould washes and remedial works
• Minor repairs and making good
• Identifying leaks, condensation and ventilation issues
• Working within occupied properties and providing good customer service

Requirements:

• Previous damp & mould or social housing maintenance experience
• Good general maintenance skills
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard

£20.50 CIS company van & fuel card 42.5 hours Monday–Friday
