• Identifying causes of damp and providing effective solutions
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
• Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and specialist treatments related to damp and mould issues.
