Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking a Damp & Mould Operative to deliver reactive repairs and specialist treatments within occupied social housing properties. The role is temporary with a strong likelihood of permanency for the right candidate.

You will carry out damp and mould treatments, prepare and redecorate affected areas, identify causes, and provide a professional, resident-focused service. Owning basic hand and power tools is required, and some out-of-hours call-outs may be requested.

Qualifications

• Experience handling damp and mould treatments in social housing settings.
• Ability to work independently and reliably on site.
• Comfort with both reactive repairs and specialist treatments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a temporary basis with the potential of going permanent. Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and specialist treatments related to damp and mould issues.
