DMS in London is seeking a Platform Coordinator to oversee daily administration of digital asset management systems for high-profile clients. You will coordinate user access, manage assets, and liaise with internal teams and external developers to ensure smooth operation.

The role emphasises meticulous governance, asset tracking, and practical input on platform enhancements to support delivery priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects and coordinating tasks.
• Experience working in media or creative industries.
• Proactive problem-solving with client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the platform help contact by monitoring emails and coordinating issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing user management support including account creation and access changes.
• Maintain a documented user database and governance through updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical matters where needed.
• Coordinate with IT and development teams to capture, prioritise platform issues.
• Assist external development team during platform upgrades and releases.
