DMS is a place where our clients feel looked after, where they trust our ability to deliver and to come up with new ways of engaging them and helping them engage their audiences. We strive to be a key agency partner to our clients, delivering consistency of work and quality of service.

Founded in 2002, our headquarters are in London with offices also in Los Angeles and Sydney. We are part of the AKA Group of agencies.

WHAT WE DO

We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.

LOCALISATION SERVICES

DMS delivers a full range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios across the globe from its central London base. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.

THE ROLE

The Platform Coordinator is a key role responsible for overseeing the daily administration, coordination and support of digital asset management systems used to manage and distribute digital assets for high-profile clients.

Reporting into the Account Director and acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams and developers, the coordinator ensures that platform requirements are met, assets are properly maintained and user management is seamless. With a meticulous attention to detail, the Platform Coordinator plays an essential part in both the technical and operational functions of the platforms.

KEY TASKS
User Management

Act as the platform help contact by monitoring incoming emails and coordinating timely issue resolution on a daily or as-required basis.

Provide ongoing support to platform users, ensuring account creation, account updates, and access-level changes are managed efficiently daily.

Maintain an accurate user database to track access requirements, document changes, and support effective governance through daily and weekly updates.

Support user management activities by assisting with system settings, troubleshooting issues, and escalating technical matters where required.

Serve as a helpdesk contact for system-related enquiries from internal and external users, providing responsive support as issues arise.

Act as the operational bridge between business users, internal IT, and the development team ensuring platform issues are clearly captured, prioritised and communicated with the product manager.

Support the external development team during platform upgrades and change releases.

The role also provides a practical business-user perspective on proposed enhancements, helping IT and development teams understand operational priorities, user impact, and delivery-critical requirements.

Asset Management

Manage asset permissions and work closely with ingest teams to upload, organise, and maintain new assets on the DAM platform in a timely manner.

Ensure metadata accuracy and correct content positioning by proactively reviewing assets and confirming information remains current and fit for use.

Monitor and update trackers daily to maintain visibility of asset status, platform activity, and delivery progress.

Oversee scheduled asset launches.

Provide technical training to internal users as required, supporting effective platform adoption and confident day-to-day usage.

Create and update platform guides, training materials, and tutorial videos as required to improve consistency and reduce repeat support queries.
