Oxford University Press is seeking a Digital Asset Management Team Leader to supervise DAM services and a team of Digital Asset Specialists. You will ensure efficient DAM workflows, governance, and data quality across creation, classification, storage, and disposal, aligning with policy and compliance.

You will partner with the Head of Asset Management on policy implementation, system changes, and risk/continuity insights, while supporting a hybrid work model with 2 days in the Oxford office and

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a DAM team.
• Experience managing digital asset management workflows in publishing/content-heavy environments.
• Experience working with asset management systems and learning new systems/features (Atlas).
• Ability to design policies, processes and governance documents.
• Experience working with data and creating process workflow documentation (Visio).
• Experience using Excel and data tools (Power BI, SQL).
• Experience delivering change initiatives and projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery of DAM services across the Press.
• Manage and develop a team of Digital Asset Specialists, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Govern digital assets and metadata across lifecycle per policy and governance.
• Collaborate with Head of Asset Management on policy, governance, and system changes.
• Balance workload and monitor performance to maintain stable operations.
