Job summary

Digital Media Services (DMS) in London seeks a Platform Coordinator to oversee daily administration, coordination and support of digital asset management systems for high-profile clients. You will liaise between clients, internal teams and developers to ensure platform requirements are met and assets are maintained.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage user access, permissions and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support and strong organisational skills.
• Experience working within media or creative industries, particularly in managing media platforms.
• Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as the platform help contact by monitoring incoming emails and coordinating timely issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing support to platform users, ensuring account creation, updates and access-level changes.
• Maintain an accurate user database to track access requirements and governance.
• Support user management activities by assisting with system settings, troubleshooting issues, escalations.
• Serve as a helpdesk contact for enquiries from internal and external users.
• Act as the bridge between business users, IT and development to prioritise issues.
• Support external development team during platform upgrades and releases.
• Provide a business-user perspective on enhancements for delivery priorities.
• Manage asset permissions and work with ingest teams to upload and maintain assets.
• Ensure metadata accuracy and correct content positioning across assets.
• Monitor trackers to maintain visibility of asset status and delivery progress.
• Oversee scheduled asset launches and provide technical training as required.
• Create and update platform guides and training materials to improve consistency.
