Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a Trainee Process Operative for our dairy client in Tewkesbury. The role is temporary, fixed to a 37.5 hour week across five days on a rota with early start times from 05:00.

You will follow safety procedures, maintain accuracy, and complete Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP training. Experience in food production is helpful, but motivated applicants with precision and a team-focused approach will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must complete Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 HACCP training.
• Experience in food production is helpful but not required; proactive applicants are welcome.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a team-player mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and quality controls.
• Maintain accuracy in records and processes.
• Work on a shift rota with early starts from 05:00.
• Assist with ongoing training and development after onboarding.
