Job summary

AB Agri's KW On-Farm Sales Specialist is a field-based role covering the South West of the UK. You will work with KW and the extended Asterra team to provide tailored, farm-focused solutions, building lasting relationships with dairy and beef farmers while meeting commercial targets.

The role requires designing regional sales plans, traveling to farms, managing your diary and representing KW with a customer-first mindset. Full training and support are provided; a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer engagement or consultative sales.
• Ability to work with numbers, prices and margins.
• Genuine interest in agriculture and willingness to learn over time.
• Excellent communication with farmers and stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of dairy and beef customers, developing long-term relationships.
• Deliver against budget and contribute to the wider national sales plan.
• Create and maintain a strategic regional sales plan.
• Identify new opportunities and feed insights back to the business.
• Promote the full KW / AB Agri ruminant offering to match farm needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, technical, nutrition, marketing and customer service.
