Job summary

FarmWell is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the next phase of development of its market-leading dairy costings service. You will manage a small team, build relationships with dairy farmers, agribusinesses and industry partners across the UK, and identify opportunities to grow the service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing teams and delivering services to agricultural clients.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and close opportunities with farmers and agribusinesses.
• Strong communication, presenting and writing skills for technical and commercial content.
• Ability to build relationships with industry partners and participate in events.
• Knowledge of dairy farming economics and farm business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team delivering dairy costings services to clients.
• Manage key commercial relationships and act as a trusted partner to customers.
• Understand customer requirements, develop proposals and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Promote services through customer meetings, industry events and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
