Job summary
Carr's Billington Agriculture is seeking a driven Dairy Development / Sales Manager to join our Scotland team in Strathaven. You will combine technical dairy nutrition expertise with a commercial mindset to grow dairy feed sales and profitability, building strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers.
You will deliver technical support, training, and tailored feeding solutions, identify growth opportunities, and work with marketing and CRM to maximise product usage and customer
Qualifications
- Strong dairy nutrition background and feed formulation knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and profitability within the Sales Policy and territory.
- Develop and manage a focused ledger of dairy customers through strong relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and margins through proactive business development.
- Review customer needs to ensure products meet objectives.
- Provide technical support and training on dairy nutrition and product developments.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials for dairy feed sales growth.
- Utilise and maintain CRM information in your area.
- Deliver presentations and trainings for colleagues and customers on dairy nutrition and herd management.
