Job summary

Jellycat in London is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You will assist Regional Sales Managers and partner retailers, ensuring smooth order processing from placement to delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating orders, monitoring stock, updating customers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and drive growth in a fast-expanding regional sales function.

Qualifications

• Fluent German is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in orders.
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Managers and independent partners in DACH.
• Coordinate orders, back orders and amendments with accuracy.
• Monitor stock availability and provide updates to customers.
• Keep stakeholders informed on order status and deliveries.
• Work with internal teams to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Coordinate sample requests and warehouse availability.
• Assist with customer events and regional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in systems.
• Identify process improvements for the DACH sales team.
