Job summary

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Account Executive or customer service roles.
Excellent data accuracy and order entry skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of distributor/retailer accounts; be the first contact for queries.
Key orders onto system accurately when receipted.
Maintain data integrity on the system at all times.
Liaise with supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.
Support business development managers in account growth.
Manage back orders and stock allocation.
Maintain regular communication with accounts and internal teams.
Train and guide new team members when required.
Coordinate with credit control on payments and update customer data.
