Job summary

Chaucer Group is seeking a senior leader for the Delegated Authority Centre of Excellence (DA CoE) in London. You will oversee the Group's delegated authority relationships, including MGAs, binders and lineslips, shaping the DA strategy and embedding it across all lines of business.

You will design and implement the DA framework, support onboarding, drive performance reviews, and provide DA data and MI across committees, working with underwriting teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in delegated authority or Lloyd's market operations preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with governance awareness.
• Knowledge of DA regulation and multiple lines of business advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and implement the underwriting DA framework across the Group.
• Oversee onboarding of DA business with underwriters and DA Oversight team.
• Drive DA strategy across all lines of business and ensure compliant governance.
• Develop DA MI, reports and performance reviews for DA committees and senior management.
