Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (customization, configuration).
• Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Produce technical documentation, including solution designs.
