Job summary

Precise Placements Ltd is seeking a D365 Engineer to own Dynamics 365 end-to-end, with a focus on Customer Service and CRM alongside the wider Power Platform toolkit. You will set architectural direction, support development teams, and ensure the platform evolves with business needs.

You will collaborate with external partners and Microsoft to drive governance, security, and data models while delivering value across client-facing products and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service and/or CRM).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of architecture, integrations, security models, and ALM.
• Experience guiding developers and communicating technical direction to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform: design authority for Dynamics 365, governance, and technical roadmap.
• Enable Development Teams: support, review designs, and guide initiatives; promote Power Platform use.
• Manage Key Relationships: Maintain relationships with Microsoft and partners; translate roadmap into action.
• Support the Business: bridge between technical teams and business users; drive release readiness and improvements.
