Job summary

LA International is seeking a senior D365 Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform engagements. The role involves collaborating with BAs, SME end-users, and a Dynamics 365 Functional Lead to understand customer environments and advise on the fit of Dynamics, including integrations with third-party systems.

Technically strong experience includes SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML, .NET Framework, WCF/Web API, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON,

Qualifications

• Senior experience as Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
• Experience leading design discussions with BAs, SME end-users and Dynamics 365 Functional Lead.
• Hands-on Azure and data/workflow experience for complex customer service implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of solutions with stakeholders to assess fit of Dynamics 365 to customer needs and integrations.
• Guide architects and developers to deliver secure, scalable Dynamics-based solutions.

Senior experience as Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and Power Platform with successful implementation experience on complex Customer Service engagements

Lead the design of solutions with BAs, SME end-users and Dynamics 365 Functional Lead to understand customers environment and advise on fit of Dynamics to their needs including integration with third party systems.

Technically experienced in:

• SQL Server 2008 or above with custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and FetchXML
• .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF\ Web API experience
• Knowledge of Web development, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Javascript and SQL
• C# and OOPS concepts
