Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant/Solution Architect to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure–based transformations for diverse clients. You will design, configure and implement solutions, collaborating with technical and client stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, solution design, and client-facing delivery across multiple sectors, with a focus on maximising the value of Microsoft

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect across multiple sectors.
• Current certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage at all levels.
• Experience leading workshops and performing business analysis for transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and solution recommendations.
• Advise on process improvements and transformation opportunities.
• Serve as primary functional contact through design, testing, training and support.
• Contribute to client technology strategies and roadmaps for Microsoft tech.
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate requirements for delivery.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
• Produce project documentation including user stories and design documents.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and support client adoption of new solutions.
• Deliver user training and develop training materials.
