Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Solution Architect to own the end-to-end design for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programme. The role requires coordinating across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management and Field Service workstreams.

You will act as the Design Authority, define architecture patterns, and govern delivery through design, build, test and deployment phases, with occasional travel to Aberdeen and European sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Solution Architect on enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes.
• Extensive experience across Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture within complex global organisations.
• Experience architecting multi-workstream D365 solutions spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
• Act as Design Authority for the programme.
• Define and govern solution architecture principles, standards and patterns.
• Lead architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, Project Operations and Field Service workstreams.
• Review and approve functional and technical solution designs.
• Drive architecture governance throughout design, build, testing and deployment phases.
• Work closely with implementation partners to challenge and validate proposed solutions.
• Define integration architecture across Azure services and third-party applications.
• Oversee data architecture and migration strategy.
• Support security, compliance and environment strategy decisions.
• Ensure future-state architecture aligns with long-term business objectives.
• Provide regular architecture updates to programme governance boards.
• Support cutover planning and post-go-live transition to support teams
