Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or operations role.
• Excellent Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support setup for new D2C Partners and Locations, updating partner data.
• Maintain Customer Data in Dynamics 365; monitor data flow from partners.
• Provide operational support on stock; handle queries and discrepancies.
• Ensure D2C machines run with minimal downtime.
• Assist with weekly/monthly cup reporting and profitability visibility.
