Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Field Based D2C Coffee Operations Support in the South West England & South Wales area, based around Bristol. Salary is £31,000 dependent upon experience with a car provided by the business needs.

The role focuses on delivering excellent in-store execution for D2C locations, ensuring uptime of machines, accurate stock counts, and adherence to Nestlé Professional brand standards. You will work across Field sites, reporting through Project MORE, and travel to key customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or operations role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Able to handle ambiguity and manage fluctuating workloads.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime.
• Ensure all customer locations receive accurate and compliant stock counts and review variances.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites and act on audit findings.
• Verify and coach correct cleaning routines; monitor non‑compliance and escalate as needed.
• Report field activity accurately through Project MORE and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders supporting performance delivery.
