Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a D2C Coffee Operations Support to join the CS&CO team, field-based in the North East of England with Newcastle as a base. You will ensure stock accuracy, brand standards, and high machine uptime while supporting cleaning routines and escalations.

The role offers a competitive £31,000 salary, discretionary annual bonus potential and travel to key customer locations. You will work to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial performance across Nestlé Professional’s

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or operations role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding objectives.
• UK driving license and willingness to travel to North East locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate stock counts across customer locations; review variances and escalate as needed.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards at D2C sites; address audit findings and gaps.
• Coach and verify cleaning routines; monitor non-compliance and support uptime.
• Report field activity through Project MORE; analyze data for trends and improvements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support performance delivery.
