Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a D2C Operations Assistant to support the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer program within the Nestlé Professional business.

The role focuses on setting up and supporting D2C Partners, maintaining data in Dynamics 365, and ensuring smooth operations across locations and partners. Excellent Excel skills and strong communication are essential, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or operations role.
• Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fluctuating workload.

Responsibilities

• Set up new D2C Business Partners and Locations; update partner data.
• Maintain Customer Data in Dynamics 365; liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support stock handling at locations; address queries and discrepancies.
• Ensure D2C machines run with minimal downtime.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on cup throughput and profitability.
• Coordinate with Technical Service, internal trainers and NP Sales to ensure service quality.
• Engage regional contacts and partners to support brand/commercial goals.
