Job summary

Nestlé Professional is seeking a Field-Based D2C Coffee Operations Support in Scotland, ideally based in Glasgow. The role delivers in‑store execution, stock accuracy and brand standards across D2C sites, with potential discretionary bonus and a company car depending on experience and business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate stock counts at all customer locations and escalate variances.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites and address audit findings.
• Verify cleaning routines and intervene to maintain uptime; escalate where needed.
• Report field activity accurately through Project MORE and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders supporting performance delivery.
