Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a field-based D2C Coffee Operations Support in the UK, covering London, Kent and Sussex with Surrey as the ideal base. The role offers a £31,000 base salary (dependent on experience) plus a company car and discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a sales support or operations role.
• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding objectives.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to London/Kent/Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and review variances.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards at all D2C sites.
• Coach cleaning routines and escalate non-compliance.
• Report field activity on Project MORE and analyse trends.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery.
