Job summary

Oakdale is seeking a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to undertake high-quality CYP and adult assessments in Harrogate within a hybrid model. You will work under supervision and progress toward independent practice through the Oakdale Clinical Development Framework.

Applicants should hold current registration with a regulating body and have experience delivering neurodevelopmental assessments, with a focus on collaborative MDT decision-making and robust clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Direct competency in neurodevelopmental assessment tools and measures.
• Current professional registration with a regulatory body.
• Experience delivering neurodevelopmental assessments with children, young people or adults.
• Ability to work autonomously or within MDT settings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments for CYP and adults.
• Formulate diagnostic outcomes, independently or with MDT support.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and timely documentation.
• Participate in MDT discussions and service improvement initiatives.
