Job summary

Oakdale is seeking a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to deliver high-quality assessments for children aged 2–5 and beyond, within an Early Years pathway. The role entails clinical governance, MDT collaboration, and flexible locations across Harrogate and Horsforth, with hybrid working patterns.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience delivering neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of safeguarding and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children and adults.
• Conduct developmental history interviews and observations.
• Integrate multi-source information to form robust formulations.
• Formulate diagnostic outcomes independently on single-clinician pathways.
• Participate in MDT discussions and co-produce final conclusions.
• Utilise clinical documentation systems and ensure accuracy of outputs.
